QUEM SOU

Olá!

Meu nome é Aline Lemos, sou fisioterapeuta, atualmente especialista em orientações para tratamento domiciliar de dores no joelho. Tenho formação em Pilates, pela PhysioPilates Polestar Educacion, em RPG pelo Instituto Phillip Souchard e em HIIT pela Well XPro School (Lisboa). Atuo como fisioterapeuta desde 2003.

Espero que minhas orientações sobre como usar o aparelho de fisioterapia domiciliar te ajudem a ficar boa das dores musculares para o seu retorno à vida normal o mais rápido possível!
